Shipping & Freight Information
Many of the products we carry are large, heavy pieces of equipment that ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel services. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Freight Shipping
Items such as automotive lifts, air compressors, and other heavy equipment typically ship on a pallet via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Freight shipments are delivered curbside — the carrier will bring the item to the end of your driveway or loading dock, but is not responsible for moving it into your garage or shop.
Delivery Times
Freight shipping timelines vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation. We'll do our best to keep you informed of your shipment status.
Inspect Before Signing
Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing the freight bill. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.
